To place an order, use our new online store or you may fax, mail or e-mail a copy of the Order Form (or all the information requested on the order form on a sheet of paper or by e-mail) You may use multiple order forms for longer or multiple orders. If you prefer to place your order by phone or have questions or need assistance, please call our toll free order line (877) 796-8300. Our phone order staff is very knowledgeable and will assist you in the selection of the correct products for your particular needs.

All prices are FOB our warehouses and all incurred shipping expenses will be added to the invoice.  We will take your order by phone, fax, mail or e-mail.  In-stock orders received by 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, will usually ship by UPS the same day.  We will also drop ship directly to your customer(s) for an additional charge of $2.00 per order or address.  Our Lodi, NJ showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and some Saturdays.  If you wish to pick up your order, please call us.

New Jersey deliveries will be subject to 7% New Jersey Sales Tax unless we have a current sales tax ID number on file.  The customer is responsible for any and all additional local taxes, import duties, tariffs, fees, etc.

All orders must be paid in full, in US funds, prior to delivery.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Personal Checks, Money Orders or Bank Checks. We will only accept Credit Cards for payment on orders sent by fax, e-mail or phone unless prior arrangements have been made with us. You may phone, fax or e-mail your order and then arrange to send your payment by mail. Please do not send cash by mail. If you fax cash as payment, we will promptly fax a picture of your order.



All items are inspected and in good condition when shipped. All orders are shipped insured for the full value and the responsibility for safe delivery is upon the carrier. Claims for damage during shipment must be made to the delivering carrier within three (3) days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Do not return the damaged item(s) to us unless instructed, as the carrier will want to inspect the item(s) and all of the original packaging, boxes and packing materials.



If an item is defective, you may return it within 30 days of the invoice date for an exchange or full refund of the item price.

Simply contact one of our Customer Representatives for a Return Authorization Number, valid for 30 days from issue date.

To return the item, properly pack, insure and ship by ground prepaid within the thirty (30) days.

All returned items must be unused and in original resalable condition.

Absolutely no returns on opened, used, altered, dirty, shop worn, electrical parts, books, videos or custom made items.

Car Care Specialties, Inc. ( will not be responsible or liable for any labor, or incidental or consequential damage of any kind -- in no event shall our liability exceed the cost of the merchandise.

Occasionally there may be information on that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Car Care Specialties, Inc. ( shall promptly issue either a credit to your credit card or issue a refund check.
